UKWATA is the student lead Christian Fellowship groups that are run in Government and Private Secondary Schools throughout Tanzania. It is student run but in Kagera it is Co-ordinated by the Anglican Diocese.

UKWATA is affiliated with the international ISCF organisation.

Each UKWATA group meets at least once a week for student led services, bible teaching and prayer.

There is an annual Easter Conference and an annual meeting of prayer held in each District. There is also an annual National UKWATA Conference. The Diocese of Kagera tries to send 15 students to the National Conference each year but funding this is difficult.
